Pulse nominations are reviewed and awarded monthly.

These employees are caring and giving members of their teams and their communities. The Dr. Henry M. Rothberg R&D Innovation Award
This award was created to recognize the extraordinary performance in R&D and before today, has only been awarded three times in the history of the company.
Service Awards Program
Employee Service Awards are presented annually to regular LATICRETE employees when they reach a milestone years of continual service.
